An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lecturer/ Assessor in Horticulture to deliver training across the colleges Horticulture Apprenticeship Schemes. The role includes teaching and assessing students, ensuring that their portfolio adequately documents their skills, knowledge and behaviours as set out in the apprenticeship standards. The role also includes supporting apprentices to prepare for their final exams.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the teaching and assessment of cohorts of horticulture apprentices studying at the College.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a training or educational environment before and have at least one year of industry experience. Applications from candidates without direct training experience will also be considered.
