Salary: £28,080-£29,626pa Inclusive (plus £2,000 per annum market supplement)

The College is now looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Coordinator to join our Student Services team based at our Gunnersbury Park centre. The successful candidate will be required to assess and coordinate required relevant support for all students with a declared learning difficulty or disability at our Gunnersbury Park Campus. This will include completing initial interviews, high needs funding forms, risk assessments and annual reviews.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an educational setting and supported young people with learning difficulties and disabilities and will have knowledge and understanding of The SEND Code of Practice and Education and Health Care Plans. They will have excellent communication and organisation skills, compassion and be able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
