An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lecturer/Work based Assessor in Horticulture to support Horticulture apprentices through their course.The role includes assessing students, ensuring that the material they include in their Portfolio is fit for purpose to evidence skills, knowledge and behaviours as required for the apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the teaching and assessment of the apprenticeship delivered by the College.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a training or educational environment and have at least one year of industry experience. Assessor qualifications are essential but the right candidate can be provided with the training to get these qualifications if necessary).
